Cottage Policies

Check-In Policy

Check-in Time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is 10:00 am. Please note that early check-in or check-outs must be requested in advance additional fees may be applied.

No-Show Policy

Guests not showing up at the pre-arranged time and date without giving notice are considered a “No Show” and will be held liable for 100 % of the total value of their reservation.

Minimum Stay Policy

A minimum stay of one week (Saturday to Saturday) is required during the High Season. Reservations for holiday weekend packages are accepted for preset dates only. A minimum of two nights is required for any other advance booking. Reservations cannot be guaranteed without a paid deposit.

Pet Policy

Six Foot Bay Resort Cottages are pet-free. However, we would be happy to recommend a local kennel.

Smoking Policy

All cottages are non-smoking. Smoking and vaping of any product are prohibited inside all buildings and within 50ft of all buildings.
