For those snowbirds, zoomers, and young families looking for a home away from home, our permanent seasonal sites are perfect for your “cottage getaway” from Spring through Fall. Each park model unit or trailer is privately owned and designated for the use of its owners and owners’ guests only.
Sorry, units can not be rented or subletted.

Permanent units occupy all of our sites, this means Six Foot Bay Resort & Golf does not have Transient Lots.
Vacant lots are designated for General Coach model home units sold only through Six Foot Bay Resort. Unfortunately, we do not accept any units from outside our park.

Our season commences May 1st and ends October 31st. Accommodations outside of these dates are not available. The park is not winterized. Cold weather may prohibit water services and limit facilities/services during the early Spring and late Fall.
Please Note: All units/sites are privately owned. They are not available for rental at any point.
